Vernon Rapley (Art & Antiques Unit, New Scotland Yard); Mrs. Leslie Webster (Former Keeper at the British Museum); Dr. Mark Evans (Senior Curator of Paintings, V&A) and Janet Ulph (Senior Lecturer in Law, University of Durham). The dicussion will be chaired by the V&A Museum's Deputy Director, Ian Blatchford.
